Calculator inputs
The time card, shift length, overtime and PTO calculators perform their arithmetic in your browser. The calculator script does not send the times, rates or hours you enter to a calculation server or save them in browser storage. No account, employer login or payroll connection is required. This describes the calculator script; hosting logs and third-party services may process information about page visits separately.
You can check an illustrative scenario without identifying yourself or your employer. Do not submit employee identifiers, private pay statements, bank details or account credentials when anonymous inputs are enough to explain a calculation.
Contact messages
The contact form processes the name, email address and message you submit so the site operator can read and respond to your inquiry. Your message may pass through hosting and email providers. For an arithmetic issue, include the page URL, input values and expected result. Omit private employment records and personal details that are unnecessary to your question.
Technical information
Hosting and security systems may record IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, request times and errors. These records help deliver pages, investigate faults and protect against abuse. Administrator login cookies support WordPress authentication and settings; public calculator use does not require an administrator login.
Cookies and advertising
Where advertisements are displayed, providers may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads and prevent abuse. Google and other advertising vendors may use information about visits to this and other websites to personalize advertising, subject to applicable choices and consent.
