These terms apply to Flexivo’s work-hours calculators and explanatory content. Use the website lawfully and read the units, assumptions and limitations on each page.

Educational calculations

Results depend on the inputs supplied. They do not establish overtime eligibility, certify a time record, determine a PTO entitlement or calculate final take-home pay. Flexivo does not connect to your payroll system or verify your employment agreement. Examples and defaults illustrate arithmetic rather than set rules for your circumstances.

Model limits

Time tools model one shift shorter than 24 hours and subtract the break entered. They do not decide whether a break is paid, apply clock-rounding rules, or account for dates, time zones or daylight-saving transitions. Identical start and end values represent zero elapsed time, not a full-day shift.

The pay calculator models one rate and one threshold; deductions, multiple rates, additional compensation and eligibility questions require separate treatment. The PTO tool models a simple accrual ratio without starting balances, caps, carryover or tenure changes. Compare all results with applicable requirements and the relevant records.

Reasonable use and content rights

Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access or submit malicious messages. Do not send account credentials, employee identifiers or private documents through the contact form when anonymous values would explain the issue. Rights in third-party material remain with their owners. Contact us with the affected URL if you have a content-rights concern.

External websites and advertising

External references and advertisements are controlled by their operators and have their own terms. A link or ad does not mean Flexivo endorses a service or guarantees a claim. Availability and external content can change.

Changes and corrections

Software and explanations may be corrected or updated. Use the contact page to report an error with reproducible inputs. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
